Some rules, explanations and resources:
·If you use it, please, give credit!
·Size: 92 x 52
·I would love to know your opinion.
·You can change some of them if you think that one picture goes better with another state.
·You will find 132 different pictures. I THINK that I have done a different one for every single state, but if I'm wrong, please, say it! oh! and if there is a problem with the links say it too D8.

It is easy, but a bit boring:

-Download the archive
-Upload every single picture (a photobucket account would be very useful)
-Go to the main page of livejournal
-On the top of the page you will see, in the "diary" section, the option called "customize journal style"
-Go to the "Edit/create custom mood themes"
-Create a new mood theme
-Now, you have to paste the links of the uploaded pictures in their respective space

If there is any other doubt, you can ask ;)
